Even though german is my native language, I never had SLex in german, but that’s because I never had SLex with a german-speaking girl. So my SLex experiences were all in english language.
And I have to agree that with using english, it sometimes happens that you search for the right word or feel like you can’t quite express what you want to say … but as your “friend” said, it’s not about finding dirty words, but more about describing things in more detail or not using the same words too often.

Generally, you can learn from your (native-speaking) partners as well as from reading stuff like Katrina’s blog and improve your “skills”. But the idea of taking courses sounds interesting, too ;-)
