Put in some blah blah, become a landing point for google, add a button for the “cell phone” being a simple redirect to the website you have pay-per-click for – which would have a *way* higher click rate than just a banner ad, and for those who actually view the source afterwards (like yourself – there is indeed something as a reward for the curiosity – and as a cover from this site being legally considered a scam

And now that I have a second look at what I wrote – those folks might be not the poorest ones too

If it does work for some areas, then I guess one could use the geolocation database to collect the phone numbers per-area – this could be a very valuable information which could be sold at a way higher price than just pay-per-click.

As a bonus one could then redirect to the site that installs spyware – botnets are also a good commodity.

Yep, I was able to download this very enlightening piece of literature simply by using Firefox equipped with NoScript.
