No, they do not restrict breathing, (though obviously some kind of
breathing tube needs to be included). You can make a simple one
from heavy duty trash bags & duct tape. Some precautions:
- Properly made, you pretty much can't move, and that means can't
get out.
- Some vacuums overheat if run for long with no air flow.
- If your head is inside the bag, I have heard the vacuum pressure
can cause ear problems. Mine (homemade) has the head outside with
a seal around the neck.

My head was thinking along the lines of a Boa Constrictor. They don't squeeze the air out of you, when you exhale, your chest shrinks which is when they squeeze tighter not allowing you to get a full breath of air on the next breath. Then they repeat this until you have no more room to inhale air.

I am sure that there is some sort of safety behind it, but also thought that there are people that like the Suffocation thing.

I haven't used one personally, bear that in mind, but latex is extremely pliable of course so it will mold to the person's body very well once the air is sucked out. However, you also cannot move on the bed. Whether that affects breathing or not, I don't know.

In one of my early Newbie TP's, I found one of these and of cousre had to click the pose ball.

I wonder how much force is applied to your chest and if breathing is at all affected? I mean the details that were coming out in her ear and panties feels like it must have quite the suction.

It's a platform with a sheet of latex over it. you get under the latex and stick the tube in your mouth, then the sheet is sealed and all the air is sucked out of it with a vacuum pump. I don't know of any websites offhand that have them, but I'm sure you can find them pretty easily. I'm not going to go looking for them while at work, though! ;-D
